On Sale Ticket Lottery
ON SALE LOTTERY INFORMATION
For your convenience, The BMO Harris Bradley Center uses a lottery system for the ON SALE of most events. The lottery provides a fair and equitable means of distributing tickets by giving each customer a chance to be at the front of the line to purchase tickets.
Customers that arrive at the Potawatomi Gate one hour prior to the On Sale will be issued a lottery number and will then line up according to their number.
The number of lottery tickets issued will be based on the number of customers who have arrived prior to (and not later than) one hour before the scheduled On Sale time.
Anyone arriving after the lottery must take their place at the end of the line and will be sold tickets after those customers who have lottery numbers.
The BMO Harris Bradley Center Ticket Office accepts: Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. We do not accept personal checks.
The Center DOES NOT permit sitting in cars, camping out, or sleeping on the premises. Violators will not be sold tickets.
If you have any questions about the Lottery process or if a certain show will be using the lottery, please contact the BMO Harris Bradley Center Ticket Office at 414-227-0894.
