Accommodations

Assisted Listening Devices

Belt-pack AM/FM radios and headsets (earbuds) are available at the Reception Desk located inside the BMO Harris Bradley Center Administrative Office. Guests with these devices may tune into FM 105.1 to hear the broadcast of Milwaukee Bucks basketball, Marquette men’s basketball, and Milwaukee Admirals hockey games, as well as select special events.

Companion Seating

Wheelchair companion seating is an option for all BMO Harris Bradley Center concerts, special events, and team games. Companion seating is limited and availability may vary by event. Contact the BMO Harris Bradley Center Ticket Office at (414) 227-0894 for seating availability and ticket reservations.

Concessions Stands

All concession stands include counter space that is wheelchair accessible.

Drinking Fountains

Drinking fountains are wheelchair accessible and located outside all restrooms on the 200 and 400 levels.

Elevators

Elevators for guests with mobility limitations are located in both the Inner East and Inner West Atriums. Both elevators travel to all floors of the building and are staffed with operators during all events. Elevator controls are also wheelchair accessible.

Entrances

All four entrance points of the BMO Harris Bradley Center include a door equipped with an electronic touchpad.

Family Restroom

A family (unisex) restroom is located inside the First Aid Station outside Section 220.

First Aid

The First Aid Station is located outside Section 220 and staffed with certified emergency medical personnel. An area for nursing mothers is also available.

Oversized Vehicles

Vehicles more than 6’ 9” in height with disabled license plates or tags may park in designated spaces located north of the Potawatomi Gate (access via Fourth Street). All guests parking in these spaces are required to follow the instructions of BMO Harris Bradley Center Parking Services personnel. Contact the BMO Harris Bradley Center Ticket Office at (414) 227-0894 to purchase this type of parking in advance.

Parking

Parking for guests with mobility limitations can be found in the BMO Harris Bradley Center Parking Structure at Sixth Street and Highland Avenue. Spaces are located on the first and third levels. Parking structure doors may be operated by electronic touchpad. Contact the BMO Harris Bradley Center Ticket Office at (414) 227-0894 to purchase this type of parking in advance. Restrooms

Restrooms are located at all four corners of both the 200 and 400 levels of the building. All 28 restrooms have wheelchair accessible facilities. A family (unisex) restroom is located in the First Aid Station outside Section 220. 

Service Animals

Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited in the BMO Harris Bradley Center with the exception of trained service animals and service animals in training that qualify as such under the ADA guidelines. Service animals are welcome inside the venue, but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Service animals will rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle next to them. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other BMO Harris Bradley Center guests or employees may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

Temporary Parking

Temporary parking for drop-off (no pick-up) of an individual is available along Highland Avenue off of Sixth Street near the Kohl's Gate at the northwest entrance of the building.

Wheelchair Escorts

Limited wheelchair transport service to and from entrances to a guest’s seat is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the BMO Harris Bradley Center Reception Desk at (414) 227-0797 if you have any questions.

FAQs

I am a wheelchair user and received a ticket from a friend/corporate group/third party that’s for non-accessible seating. Am I able to use the ticket?

Yes, you may use the ticket, but it must first be exchanged in advance for a wheelchair accessible seat on one of our 16 platforms. Availablity may vary by event. Please contact the BMO Harris Bradley Center Ticket Office at (414) 227-0894 to make this exchange.

I am a wheelchair user and want to sit with a group of family/friends/coworkers. Is this possible?

Yes, this is possible, depending upon the size of your group and the availability of accessible seating tickets. Please contact the BMO Harris Bradley Center Ticket Office in advance at (414) 227-0894.

I purchased my ticket in advance for non-accessible seating and have since broken my leg. I am on crutches and think I may need accessible seating. Can I exchange my ticket? And will I be able to sit with others in my group?

Yes, it is possible to both exchange your ticket and sit with others in your group, depending upon the size of your group and the availability of accessible seating tickets. Please contact the BMO Harris Bradley Center Ticket Office in advance at (414) 227-0894.

I am a larger person and am unsure if I will fit into my given seat. What should I do?
