Furthermore, we may collect information about your location within the BMOHBC through your mobile phone or device’s Bluetooth® or similar capabilities.  We will only gather location information if you opt-in within the BMOHBC app (either during your initial login or later) and by enabling these capabilities on your mobile device.  Once you have consented to our use of location information, the BMOHBC app will continue to collect location information (it will check location information if it is running in the background) opt-out, log off or use your phone’s or other device’s setting to disable your mobile device’s applicable geolocation, GPS, Bluetooth® or similar capabilities for the app.

How do we use the information we collect?

The BMOHBC uses Personal Information to:

  • Operate and improve our Services;
  • Provide you with the services and information you have requested;
  •  Respond to specific inquiries made by you (for example, e-mailed questions);
  • Customize, measure, analyze and improve our Services, content and layout.

Your request must include your name, email address, mailing address and must be signed. (Signature only required for written requests sent by regular mail). Please allow three (3) weeks to process your request. After your request has been fulfilled, the only disclosures we will make are those required by law.

What choices do I have about the collection, use and sharing of my personal data?

It is possible for you to use the Services without giving us any personally identifiable information. When you do provide personally identifiable information, you will have an opportunity at the time we collect your information to limit communications from the BMOHBC.
