I’m so excited for the show! What can I do to make it the best experience possible?

We are thrilled that Jon Bon Jovi will return to the BMO Harris Bradley Center for a sixth and final time on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. Check out BonJovi.com to catch up on the latest news, or our event page for the seating chart, tickets and general information.

When do tickets go on sale, and is there a ticket limit?

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. and there is an 8 ticket limit.

Our Ticket Office is happy to help with any questions you may have and/or further discussing the above.  Give us a call at 414-227-0894!

Will there be a ticket lottery? How does it work?

For your convenience, The BMO Harris Bradley Center uses a lottery system for the ON SALE of most events.  The lottery provides a fair and equitable means of distributing tickets by giving each customer a chance to be at the front of the line to purchase tickets.

Customers that arrive at the Potawatomi Gate one hour prior to the On Sale start time will be issued a lottery number and will then line up according to their number.  For further details, please access On Sale Lottery here.

What if there’s a Bucks playoff game on April 29?

If the Milwaukee Bucks playoff schedule includes a home game on that date, Bon Jovi would perform at the Center at 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 30. All tickets issued for the April 29 concert would be honored, as will pre-purchased parking passes. Your ticket(s) will be valid for the new date, and will be for the exact same seat location(s).

What if I can’t make the rescheduled date?

If you purchase tickets for April 29 and are unable to attend on April 30, we advise you to contact the original channel of purchase to request a refund.

What time should I arrive?

Arrive early, doors open at 6:00 p.m. Settle in and get some food and beverage. Familiarize yourself with directions, routes and ride options to the Center in case there is heavy traffic or high demand for parking.

Security Screening

Security screening is in place for all Center events. For your convenience and to speed the admissions process for all, please minimize the personal items you bring to the show.

As you approach the Center doors please empty your pockets of all metal and electronic objects, including keys, phones, and any other permitted metal objects.

Follow the instructions of the security screeners there to assist you.
